End User License Agreement

To sum it up: Unless otherwise permitted by the Author, you acknowledge, by downloading any of the addons mentioned below, that:

You are allowed to:

• Use these addons in the Arma series of games.
• Distribute these addons over non-public channels like private repositories - but not Steam Workshop - as long as you provide attribution to the authors, and keep any original license and/or documentation files that are part of the addons.
• Request permission to remix part of these addons for your own projects. - We do generally choose to allow remixing of our content provided a formal request to do so is made.

You are NOT allowed to:

• Convert or adapt this material to be used in other games than Arma.
• Use any of the material for commercial purposes. This includes running any Swedish Forces Pack content on servers that employ any monetization schemes, including but not limited to donate-reward systems.
  Bohemia Interactive's approval of your monetization scheme does not grant you rights to waive this part of the license (you can't get approved for monetization by BI when using these addons).
• Redistribute any parts of these packages by themselves, or as part of another distribution, to the Steam Workshop, your website, GoogleDrive, Dropbox or any similar services or channels without explicit written permission.
• Remix, extend, adapt, mutilate or modify the addons in any way and share it with others unless having received a written permission by the Swedish Forces Pack team to do so.

Additionally we require of you to:

• You must at all times retain any license conditions, permissions or copyright statements with the addon(s), including any digital signatures (e.g. bisign files).
• If you receive permission to adapt, or build upon any of these addons, you must distribute the resulting material only under the same license.

The files contained in these addons, with the exception of the items mentioned below, is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International license (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0)

Please note that the above mentioned agreement gives the right to the Swedish Forces Pack team to waiver any of the conditions at will.

Arma Public License Share Alike (APL-SA)

Certain parts of the Swedish Forces Pack addons are licensed under the APL-SA license.
We are working on compiling a complete list as well as replacing what we have with original models.
If you want to remix something that is present in an SFP addon and which is originally a resource from an Arma game we suggest you instead head over to bohemia.net and download the Arma Licensed Data Packs.

No Monetization Allowed

We allow NO monetization as we consider it a breach of the non-commercial clause of the license.

Below are some examples of what can be considered a breach of this clause.

• Charging players for access or to have priority while connecting to a server.
• Charging players for specific in-game perks (be it cosmetic or otherwise).
• Selling in-game items, in-game currency or any sort of gamemode experience points.
• Product placement or endorsements.
• Setting a term donation goal that will lead to in-game benefits (perks, items and/or in-game currency).

Remixing: textures, configs etc.

We do generally choose to allow remixing of our content provided a formal request to do so is made.
As per the no derivatives-clause of the license we reserve the right to enforce our Intellectual Property rights at our own discretion upon certain or all applicable files.

• You do not overwrite the author field of any item, vehicle or object. - You may however of course append your name to the author field.
